And I’ve got nothing to say. 

Okay nevermind. I do have something to say. 

In 2 hours… I won’t be a kid anymore. Legally speaking. and also in the eyes of my parents. Sure… it’s be great, being able to buy lotto tickets and finally getting myself a magic bullet from the TV. But how far does that get me? $1 poorer. Gaining the ability to make omlets super quick. 

This is supposed to be the day every kid looks forward to. Finally being an adult. It’s supposed to be a bang. Make big plans and welcome adulthood with open arms. I’ve made no plans. Nothing special is going to happen. 18 is just too big.

Truth is, I’ve been scared of growing up. All this new responsibility… people are going to expect a lot more. The greatest gift you could give me, is to NOT do that. Just so i can be a kid a little longer. Please and thank you. That’s all i want.

It’s not that I DON’T want this trait. Sometimes it’s inconvenient. I have a Superman complex. I’ve compelled to help those in need, and i end up ignoring myself. I do feel a lot better when i help someone, but sometimes that isn’t justified in my mind when i end up making things harder for myself. Then i get mad, and it all ends up badly.

My biggest regret ever is missing the Justin Bieber concert near my house.  My older sister go to go but I had to be in a orchestra concert at school.  When I am old I feel like I’m going to look back and be sad that I missed the chance to see one of the greatest singers ever.  Like how some people probably feel for missing one of Michael Jackson’s first concerts.

It’s “Xhris” instead of “Chris” because it’s just a unique way to spell my name. Pronounced the same way though. Seriously, how many “Chris’s” are there around the world? Several. How many “Xhris’s?” One. Only one. Me.
